• Cherry, from the USA
• Jatoba, from Brazil
• Bloodwood, AKA Satine, from Africa
• Wenge, from Africa
• Pau Ferro, AKA Caribbean Rosewood

The board is end grain, and 16-1/2" x 20-1/2" x 1-1/2".  Routed fingerholds. Rubber feet held on with stainless steel screws. Mineral oil finish, with a top coat of Mrs M's Board Butter.
