Mr M's Select: Subtle Color 319

The combination of these 3 woods renders a pleasing blend:

• Purpleheart, from South America
• Jatoba, from Brazil
• Hard Maple, the classic cutting board wood from the USA

The board is 16" x 21-1/4" x 1-1/2". End grain. Routed finger holds. Rubber feet held on with stainless steel screws. The hand-rubbed finish is mineral oil, with a top coat of Mrs M's Board Butter.
