These large Sous Chef Boards are the first handled boards that I made. I love the curvy edge to the cutting area, and I think the size is just about perfect: a work surface that's 9" x 12", and a 6" handled that's 1-1/4" wide. This board feels good in your hands.
The handle is drilled for hanging on a wall, if display is your thing.
Note that I make these boards one at a time. Every board is different.
