If you’re looking for a perfect wedding or anniversary gift, then these boards just might be what you need.
These will take about three weeks to produce from scratch. If I have a plain board already in production that matches what you want, then I can probably ship in about 7 days.
As shown, these boards cost $60 – $250. Complementary wooden stands can also be made.
Recipe Board # 15 – 01. Hard Maple. 8″ x 12″ x 3/4″.
Engraved # 15 – 03. Hard Maple edge grain. Routed finger holds on each end make this board usable on both sides: the front for display, and the back for cutting. 7″ x 12″ x 1-1/8″.
Engraved # 15 – 01. Allow 3 weeks or so for production of these boards.
Unlike most of the boards I make, these boards that are intended for use/display on both sides do not have non-skid rubber feet.
Engraved # 15 – 04. Black Walnut, Cherry and Hard Maple edge grain. 8″ x 12″ x 1-1/8″.
Engraved # 15 – 02. Black Walnut, Hard Maple & Cherry. No routed finger holds done on this commissioned piece.
Engraved # 15 – 05. Black Walnut, Cherry, and Hard Maple, with the “est. 1978” placed in the lower corner. I actually prefer this look over the alternative that’s shown.

A variation of the wedding board, this is a higher-quality end grain board – just like butchers have used for centuries.
This is a normal 12×16 cutting board, but has been engraved on the back to personalize it as a wedding gift.
